• FREE US Shipping on orders over $30: All U.S. orders over $30 ship for FREE with UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2-8 days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. 
• Priority Mail: You can upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for only $5.95. These packages should arrive in 2-3 days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 
• Express Mail: You can upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance for $7.95. For orders placed by Noon EST (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS, guaranteed delivery is 2 days.
• We currently only ship within the continental United States. 

· Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". We aren’t responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the address we were given at the time of order. 

· Double check your shipping address, please! You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office. Yikes, let’s hope that doesn’t happen. It hasn’t yet!

· Processing time: Orders are quickly processed and sent from our social media studio in Hickory NC (unless stated otherwise on your item description). Items go out M-F. Items that have upgraded shipping that are ordered before 3pm will ship the same day. Items that have upgraded shipping ordered after 3pm will ship the next business day.
